Formed through the merger of two established firms—Newman Property Consultants Pte Ltd (est. 1986) and SRE Global Pte Ltd (est. 1984)—we are today one of Singapore’s largest managing agents and integrated real estate service providers. With over 80 years of combined experience, our strength lies not only in estate operations and facilities management, but also in valuation, property consultancy, and agency services.

We currently manage close to 200 developments island-wide, ranging from residential and mixed-use developments to commercial, industrial, and government-linked properties. Our property and FM teams comprise experienced managers, engineers, compliance officers, and finance professionals working together to ensure consistent, accountable, and quality service delivery.
In addition to management services, we offer a full suite of real estate advisory capabilities—including licensed valuation for financing, taxation, en bloc and acquisition, as well as sales, leasing, and investment agency services across all property classes. Each managed property is assigned a dedicated team comprising a trained Property Manager, supported by site officers, roving engineers, and HQ-based finance and compliance personnel. All staff undergo structured training and are accredited under BCA, SISV, NEA, and APFM frameworks.
